   From here, on the north-western hills of the Tarcu Mountains, from Poiana Marului and Valea Bistrei, Scorilo began his work of reunifying the Dacian state. A land that, according to popular tradition, developed under the influence of the old Kogaionon, the sacred mountain of the Dacians, identified as the Gugu peak in the Godeanu Mountains.
